The Story So Far

A lifelong lover of thrilling tales and the art of mystery, K.F. Wheeldon crafts stories designed to captivate and keep readers on the edge of their seats. His insatiable curiosity for solving puzzles led him into a career in law enforcement, where he spent years as a detective tackling cases from theft to homicide. But it’s his passion for storytelling that truly fuels his creativity, drawing inspiration from his real-life experiences to create gripping crime novels that feel all too real.

Born and raised in the scenic state of Washington, K.F. still calls it home, where he lives with his family. Drawing from nearly a decade of firsthand law enforcement experience, he infuses his crime mysteries with an authenticity that only someone with his background can deliver. But his talents don’t stop at crime fiction—he’s also known for writing short horror stories, which he loves to share with his family around the campfire, aiming to give them just a little chill as they toast marshmallows.

Currently, K.F. is pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University while simultaneously working on his debut thriller, Ghosts From the Past. This suspenseful novel follows Caz Donovan, a detective whose haunted past is creeping back into his present, unraveling everything he’s worked to protect.
